QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT DESK MANAGER
At least 2 years of customer service experienceExcellent computer and typing skillsAbility to maintain knowledge of law firm policies and proceduresThe urgency to provide above-and-beyond customer serviceBilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required Are you skilled at prioritizing tasks effectively? Can you work well under the pressure of deadlines? Do you possess excellent communication skills? Are you adaptable and resilient in a constantly changing environment? Do you demonstrate sound judgment? Can you maintain strict confidentiality? If you answered yes to these questions, you might be the perfect fit for the Front Desk Manager position!
