Professional Fayetteville, AR 1st Shift $16/Hour Job Details Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, businesses, and staff members. This position plays an important role in supporting daily office operations while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. The Front Desk Clerk will assist with administrative functions, customer inquiries, data entry, document processing, and various office support activities. Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
Greet visitors and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through other communication channels
Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls appropriately, and take messages as needed
Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support office operations
Enter and maintain information in databases and computer systems
Assist businesses with completing licensing and registration applications
Help customers navigate online portals and electronic systems
Process and distribute incoming mail and interoffice correspondence
Enter check requests, journal entries, and purchase orders
Maintain confidential documents and ensure secure delivery to appropriate personnel
Assist with special projects and administrative assignments as requested
Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and customers
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
At least one year of related administrative, clerical, customer service, or front desk experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
Ability to learn new software systems and applications
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Dependable attendance and commitment to providing quality customer service Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the workday
Frequent use of hands for typing, filing, and operating office equipment
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform general office tasks
Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
Sufficient vision and computer skills to perform office-related duties
