Veterinary Receptionist / CSR Join Copper Mountain Animal Hospital Copper Mountain Animal Hospital is a growing small animal practice looking for an experienced and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team. We are focused on providing high-quality medicine while maintaining a positive, supportive workplace culture and healthy work/life balance. We are looking for someone who understands that the front desk sets the tone for the entire client experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced veterinary environment. This position does require availability for closing shifts Monday through Friday (9am-6:30pm) Responsibilities Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Answer multiple phone lines and assist clients with scheduling, questions, medication refill requests, and estimates Schedule appointments while helping maintain efficient hospital flow Check patients in and out accurately using EzyVet practice software Process invoices and payments Communicate effectively with doctors and technicians regarding patient care and client concerns Maintain accurate medical records Support a positive, team-oriented work environment Provide compassionate customer service during both routine and emotional situations Assist with end-of-day closing responsibilities Qualifications Previous veterinary receptionist or CSR experience preferred Experience with EzyVet software is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Comfortable working around dogs and cats of all sizes Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure What We Offer Monday-Friday schedule Supportive and collaborative team environment Focus on work/life balance Growing hospital with opportunities for advancement Employee pet discounts Benefits available Competitive pay based on experience We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our hospital and become an important part of our team long term.
