Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Overnight Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations during nighttime hours, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. As the first point of contact, you will manage front desk activities, handle communication systems, and support administrative functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, addressing guest questions or taking reservationd Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately, maintaining detailed logs and records Maintain office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously Ensure security protocols are followed during overnight hours, including monitoring surveillance systems and controlling access points Requirements Available between 10 pm and 7 am Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lb regularly for uo to 8 hours
