Position Available:

Full-Time Receptionist Key Responsibilities:

Warm Welcome:

Answer phones and provide a warm and welcoming first point of contact for our patients.

Efficient Appointments:

Manage appointment scheduling and ensure seamless patient experiences.

Patient Care:

Check in patients, assist as a backup technician, and handle patient inquiries with a smile.

Administrative Excellence:

Pull insurances, manage scanning and filing, and contribute to maintaining a well-organized office.

Deliver outstanding customer service, creating positive interactions for patients and team members alike.

Qualifications:
