Job Description

Job Overview Highland Glass Products is looking for a bright, dependable, and organized Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team! This position is the first point of contact for our customers — both in person and over the phone — so we are looking for someone professional, positive, and outgoing who can handle a fast-paced construction office environment. Schedule Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Full-Time Position Responsibilities Answer all incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate department or employee Greet and assist walk-in customers, contractors, vendors, and delivery drivers Respond to customer questions and provide basic information regarding products, scheduling, and services Learn how to create estimates and assist office staff with quoting jobs Assist with scheduling appointments, measurements, installations, and service calls Organize and maintain customer files, paperwork, invoices, and job folders Help track and order materials, special orders, and customer communication Monitor and respond to emails and office messages Maintain a clean, professional, and organized front office environment Assist with miscellaneous office tasks and day-to-day operations as needed What We're Looking For This is a construction office environment — there is A LOT to learn. We are looking for someone with thick skin, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay organized and professional during busy or stressful situations. The right person will be motivated, able to adapt quickly, and willing to grow with our company long term.
