In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism will contribute significantly to creating a warm and efficient environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while supporting a dynamic team. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette. Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings for staff members. Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools. Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files. Assist with office management duties including supply inventory checks, basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and supporting clerical operations. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Requirements Proven experience of receptionist with strong clerical skills. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus. Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service roles in fast-paced environments.
