Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors promptly and professionally. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel. Manage the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times. Handle general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scheduling appointments. Maintain and update visitor logs and security protocols. Qualifications Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typical office equipment. Previous experience in a front office or receptionist role preferred.
