Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Receptionist will serve as the "face of the Firm" by greeting, assisting, and providing direction and information to clients, visitors, and callers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location. Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages, when necessary. Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries at the front desk and informs relevant personnel. Schedules and manages the Firm conference rooms. Performs administrative and clerical support tasks, such as entry of attorney timekeeping records. Performs basic filing and recordkeeping, including scanning the digitizing documents. Performs other duties, as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior administrative experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:

Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
