Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a Corporate office in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join the team. This is a full-time Monday through Friday position $23.00-$25.00 per hour depending on prior experience. This requires a high-level of communication, professionalism, and executive support.
Job Description:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer inbound calls using a multi-line phone system. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and delivery distribution Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. Manage the company organization chart Matches vendor invoices to receiving documents/purchase orders and enters in system. Match drop ship orders and check vendor shipments against sales order. Completes weekly check run. Matches invoices in system against vendor statements and requests copies of missing invoices. Checks the accounts payable ledger monthly to make sure all items are matched and in order. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Provide support to various departments as needed. Ensure security protocols are followed for visitor access such as sign in and badge information. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years' recent proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk or administrative role Accounting or InvoicingSupport experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional communication and demeanor If you meet the minimum requirements apply now!
Pay Details:
