As our receptionist, you are the first person most customers meet — the face and first impression of Camelback Toyota. We are looking for someone energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to make an immediate impact.

Starting pay:

$17/hr | Schedule and raise review at 6 months Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person and by phone with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage inbound and outbound calls and route inquiries appropriately Operate multiple computer systems simultaneously with accuracy Maintain strong customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving Support the dealership team with general administrative tasks as needed What we're looking for Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented personality Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer skills; ability to type 40+ WPM preferred, not required Previous inbound/outbound customer service, call center, or sales experience a plus Dealership experience a plus High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S. Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 13% employer match Life insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program Employee discount Referral program Camelback Toyota is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
