Front Desk Administrator Musical Surprise - Surprise, AZ Part-Time | Average $17.00+/hr (Hourly + Commission) Ready to work in a fun, creative, music-filled environment? Schedule Seeking:

Evening Availability (2pm-8:30pm) What You'll Do Welcome students and families with a smile and great customer service Rock our retail POS system and process sales Schedule, register, and bill clients across several easy-to-learn programs Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly, professional manner Check in and process instrument rentals and repairs Help organize inventory (some light lifting required) Keep our front area tidy and inviting Support a fast-paced, customer-centered environment What We're Looking For Strong computer and typing skills Excellent customer service and upbeat phone etiquette Experience with POS systems and/or multi-line phones Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Organized, reliable, and great at multitasking Previous retail or front desk experience is a bonus!
