Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist

We diagnose and treat health conditions, as well as promote good health practices. Our physicians conduct physical examinations, interpret lab tests, oversee patients' health, recommend and administer IV therapy in-office, perform regenerative therapies and aesthetic procedures, and educate patients on health prevention. We are looking for a Bilingual full-time individual who can perform the following responsibilities: Greet patients and enter patient's information into Software Friendly phone call conversations Responsible for managing and supervising front office activities. Answering the phone and calling patients. Collect payments from patients Keeps accurate records of incoming patients and provides excellent customer service. Responds to patients and prospective patients with company verbiage. Assist office meetings, as well as review current procedures to help reduce wait time and make medical processes more efficient. Filing charts and reports both in electronic medical record and standard chart Process paperwork, review forms for errors, and perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, faxing, and scanning. Assist with scheduling and visiting tasks, order office supplies and medical equipment when required, and refer patients to other medical offices and areas as needed. Coordinate medical appointment as required by physicians and help with paperwork. Follow strict patient privacy procedures and maintain a friendly and professional working atmosphere. Keep front office area clean of clutter. Completes tasks on a daily and weekly basis. •Friendly Schedule - NO
