Position Summary:

Join our dermatology practice as a Receptionist, where you'll be the first point of contact for patients, emphasizing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include efficiently managing patient information, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and ensuring accurate data entry. Your role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations and delivering a positive patient experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
• Manage patient information accurately, including scheduling and insurance details.
• Optimize provider schedules and facilitate collections during appointments.
• Retrieve and process messages promptly, maintaining communication efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of skincare products, cosmetic treatments, and insurance plans.
• Collect payments and provide general office support.
• Collaborate with billing and participate in meetings as needed.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Basic mathematical skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Moderate noise levels.
