Front Desk Receptionist

Temporary 3 day Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist for Fridays and Saturdays Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for office staff. Provide support as a dental or medical receptionist, managing patient records and handling insurance inquiries when necessary. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies. Experience Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor, capable of handling inquiries professionally. Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications relevant to reception duties is beneficial.
