Lead Residential HVAC Installer and Service Technician

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Technician, based in Tucson, AZ. The Lead Technician will oversee and perform HVAC system installations, repairs, and routine maintenance to ensure efficient and effective system performance. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards. The role also involves direct interactions with clients to explain services and provide recommendations for system improvements. Qualifications Experience with HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Leadership and mentoring capabilities to support and train junior technicians Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in HVAC systems Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently EPA Certification and a valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications are a plus Please contact us at info@summitcooling.com
