Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to create a positive first impression for visitors and clients alike. This role also includes light paralegal assistance under attorney supervision. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle front desk duties such as checking in guests Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using Microsoft Office and other office management tools Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including confidential documents and records Support administrative functions such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and case management software Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office operations to enhance overall efficiency Handle potential client intakes including intakes and conflict checks Maintain confidentiality and professionalism Experience Proven office experience or administrative support background with a focus on customer service excellence Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems in a professional setting Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry skills Experience in legal reception is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant or clerical experience is also beneficial Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Knowledge of case management software is advantageous This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-organized office environment while developing your administrative expertise. Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
