Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support front-desk operations for a contract position based in Tucson, Arizona. This role serves as a key point of contact for callers and visitors, helping create a welcoming and organized environment while ensuring daily communication flows smoothly. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, confidence handling a multi-line phone system, and the ability to manage incoming inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Manage a multi-line switchboard, answering and routing calls promptly while maintaining a courteous and clear phone presence.
- Respond to inbound calls with clear communication, gather necessary information, and transfer messages accurately.
- Provide front-office support by handling routine reception tasks that keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Assist guests, clients, and internal staff with general questions and basic administrative needs.
- Maintain an orderly reception area that reflects a welcoming and organized first impression.
- Monitor call activity and ensure urgent communications are relayed to the right contacts without delay.
