Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings with precision Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office management activities Support bookkeeping and basic financial tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, whether in person or via phone or email Skills Strong computer literacy Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment Demonstrated experience in office management or administrative roles, including clerical experience and data entry skills Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high call volumes professionally Experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus, along with personal assistant experience for varied administrative support Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their administrative career in a vibrant setting.
