This front desk role is ideal for a professional, service-oriented candidate who enjoys greeting visitors, supporting daily office operations, and serving as a welcoming first point of contact. The Bilingual Spanish Receptionist will help create a positive experience for callers, guests, staff, and community members. This opportunity offers a professional office environment where clear communication, reliability, teamwork, and a helpful attitude are valued. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer and route incoming phone calls using proper phone etiquette. Provide front desk support, including directing guests and responding to general inquiries. Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed. Maintain an organized reception area and support smooth daily office operations. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with callers and visitors.
Compensation and Benefits Pay rate:
$19.00 per hour.
Assignment length:
2 to 4 week temporary assignment.
