This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, stays productive, and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming environment. This position is for the following days: Fridays 3pm-8pm Saturdays 7:30am-8pm Sundays 7:30am-6:30pm ✨

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients with a warm, friendly attitude Answer incoming calls and return calls as needed Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar Prepare ultrasound rooms before each appointment Fold towels, maintain cleanliness, and assist with cleaning between clients Print patient packages, file documents, and make copies Assist with basic marketing efforts, including social media posts Keep the front office organized and running smoothly Stay productive and assist with tasks during downtime ✅

Requirements:

Friendly, upbeat, and bubbly personality with strong customer service skills Confident, professional, and not shy when interacting with clients Well-groomed and presents a polished appearance Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Willingness to help with cleaning and daily upkeep Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus) Must be dependable and able to follow instructions Available to work every weekend Ability to stay focused and keep personal phone put away during work hours
