Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate and translate for patients as needed. Knowledge of medical insurance plans, eligibility verification, authorizations, and patient benefit coordination. Ability to answer and manage a multi-line phone system in a professional and courteous manner. Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to create a positive patient experience. Demonstrates situational awareness and sound judgment to identify and respond appropriately to patient care needs and office priorities. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical office environment while maintaining attention to detail.
