Front Desk Receptionist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist, customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, book reservations
• Utilize phone systems to transfer calls to appropriate guests rooms
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping
• Transcribe notes and messages accurately

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in hotel / front office
• Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
• Exceptional customer service abilities to provide a positive experience for guests
