Sundance Creek Post Acute Pay:
$17.48-$18.00 per hour, DOE Sundance Creek Post Acute is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our facility. The Receptionist plays a key role in providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff while supporting daily administrative operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, residents, and vendors in a professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain visitor logs and ensure facility sign-in procedures are followed Provide administrative support to department managers as needed Assist with filing, data entry, copying, and general office tasks Help maintain an organized and professional front desk area Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding facility services Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing is a plus Why Join Sundance Creek Post Acute?
