This role is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key part in delivering a professional, welcoming experience in a fast-paced automotive environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and has strong customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and timely manner Greet and assist customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate department Maintain a clean and organized front desk/reception area Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, printing, and document processing Support sales and management teams with general office tasks

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional phone etiquette Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Professional appearance and attitude Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
