Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Provide excellent customer support through clear communication, phone etiquette, and problem-solving skills Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing office emails, and maintaining accurate records Requirements Proven office experience or clerical background with strong organizational skills Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Familiarity with office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofing documents, and calendar management Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Plastic Surgery receptionist experience is a plus but not required Knowledge of bookkeeping software like QuickBooks is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets warmth! Pay:
$28.00 - $31.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
