The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and be committed to providing high-quality support to our veterinary staff and clients. This role involves assisting in the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring the well-being of animals, and contributing to a positive environment for both pets and their owners. Duties Answering a high volume of phone calls , emails and text messages. Scheduling surgeries and appointments, addressing many different questions and concerns. Intaking clients and patients for appointments and procedures and putting them into exam rooms. Charging out clients after exams , treatments , surgeries and for food/medications etc. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including Lobby , Bathrooms, treatment areas, examination rooms, and kennels. Maintaining communication with veterinary technicians/assistants/doctors throughout the day for a good work flow. Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about their pets' needs and care instructions. Skills Knowledge of veterinary terminology to effectively communicate within the clinic environment. Proficient in using computers/veterinary software. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Compassionate attitude towards animal care, demonstrating empathy for both pets and their owners.
