What You'll Do:
Providing administrative office support as needed may include assistance with Estimating, Project Management, Payroll Department, HR or General Office duties Scan, sort and/or route invoices for approvals Enter Invoices in Accounting Software ( Foundation Software ) Verifying the accuracy of Invoices by cross-referencing Shipper Tickets and Purchase Orders Gather proper releases, certified payrolls, etc. from Subcontractors Gather proper releases from all other Vendors Verify Pre-lims on file for each vendor Review and rectify statements and job material tickets Preparing all Invoices for timely payment Negotiate Invoices and Credits as necessary Verify vendor statements reconciliation Locate and retrieve invoice backups, maintain return receipts, file payments, and route as needed Filing various documents Diligently work in a deadline-intensive work environment and possess organizational and multi-tasking skills as needed Data Entry onCredit Card Transactions We're Looking For:
