Front Desk Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Front Desk Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes smoothly and efficiently. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Assist with calendar management for Party Reservations. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues promptly. Perform cleaning duties such as vacuuming, cleaning birthday parties if help needed. Provide support in floor attendee duties if help is needed.

Skills:
