ASSISTANT
Growing Mazda Dealership•Monday Through Friday Schedule Our rapidly growing Mazda dealership is looking for a professional, friendly, and dependable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a great work schedule and an opportunity to grow with a successful organization.
Schedule:
Monday•
Friday Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Scan and organize Repair Orders (ROs) and dealership documents File paperwork and maintain accurate records Assist service, sales, and accounting departments with administrative tasks Data entry and document management Help maintain an organized and welcoming front office environment
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer and office equipment knowledge Professional appearance and positive attitude Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus
