Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests and team members. The following outlines the primary job responsibilities of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcome guests in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner Conduct visitor background checks using an online system and issue appropriate visitor badges. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail. Prepare outgoing mail and ensure it is delivered in a timely manner. Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed. The job duties listed and any others are to be conducted in a professional manner. Emphasis on providing swift and meaningful information to those you are in contact with.
Skills required:
High school diploma or GED required. Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent in reading and writing English. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word) Reliable with consistent and dependable attendance Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing work methods. Strong organizational skills and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, a dependable, detailed-oriented individual with a cheerful outlook who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative environment.
