In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a smooth and inviting environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic team. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using office management tools. Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, phone, and mail with excellent phone etiquette. Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and maintaining office cleanliness. Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, organizing files, and supporting customer support efforts. Requirements Proven experience in office administration or as a receptionist, preferably in medical or dental settings. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (SPANISH
PERFERRED
) abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, and calendar management. Clerical experience including proofreading, time management, and office support functions.
