What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming customers with a smile (yes, even over the phone!) Handling incoming calls, & making warm and follow up calls. Scheduling appointments and keeping our calendar on track Process payments Supporting our agents and making sure things run smoothly Speaking Spanish and English daily to serve our diverse community Maintain a clean and organized office Promote and market the agency in the community and online Take care of daily bank deposits
