You're the first face our guests see when they walk through the door — and the lasting impression they take with them when they leave. This role sits at the intersection of hospitality and retail. You'll create an immersive, elevated experience while actively driving product sales and educating guests on the Jack Henry lineup. The Role Welcome every guest with intention — set the tone from the moment they walk in Drive retail sales on the floor; product knowledge and the ability to convert conversations into purchases is essential to success in this role Consult guests on routines, products, and services tailored to their needs Develop a deep understanding of Jack Henry's formulations, hero ingredients, and the ethos behind what we make Support specialists and keep services running smoothly front and back of house Maintain an organized, clean, and elevated environment at all times Assist with events, projects, and anything else that keeps the studio operating at its best You Have a background in hospitality, retail, salon, spa, or a similar guest-facing environment Are a natural seller — you don't push, you educate, and sales follow Carry a pulse on wellness, self-care, and what's trending in the space Communicate exceptionally well, both in person and in writing Show up with a positive attitude and take initiative without being asked Are obsessed with self-care and live the values of the brand Committed to continuously deepening your knowledge of Jack Henry — our products, ingredients, and the community we're building A true steward of brand voice and identity in every guest interaction Perks Complimentary Jack Henry products Commission on product/membership sales Friends & Family discount on Jack Henry products First access to new product launches before they go public Flexible scheduling A clear pathway to full-time hours and expanded responsibility as the team grows Us Jack Henry Studios is a membership-based wellness club in Costa Mesa built around one idea: self-care as a lifestyle, not a routine.
