Busy, therapist-owned outpatient hand and upper-extremity therapy practice is hiring a full-time Front Office Receptionist for our Costa Mesa clinic. If you're organized, warm with patients, and thrive at a fast-paced front desk, we'd love to meet you.

PAY:

$20-$24/hour, based on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Check patients in and out and keep the front-desk flow moving Schedule and confirm appointments for 2-3 therapists Manage a chiropractor's schedule, including phone calls Answer and triage a multi-line phone Collect copays and handle front-desk payments Keep patient information accurate and up to date

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Prior front office or medical office experience preferred Comfortable juggling multiple providers and a busy phone Proficient at scanning and E-faxing Familiar with insurance verification and authorizations Professional, friendly, and dependable Full-time availability, Monday-Friday Bilingual Spanish a plus (not required) Team player
