The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Greet and assist clients and visitors as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette to address inquiries and direct calls appropriately. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for staff members. Operate office equipment, including phone systems and computers, to perform various administrative tasks. Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Confidently give tours of the facility, explain fitness classes, and answer membership pricing information.
