Position Overview Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Receptionist-Office Assistant to join their client's dynamic team in Irvine,California. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel or department. Answering and routing incoming phone calls efficiently. Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms in a tidy and presentable condition. Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings. Supporting other office staff with various tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist or office assistant is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional appearance and demeanor. Required Work Hours The position requires working Monday through Friday, during standard business hours. Benefits The position offers competitive pay with a salary range from $22 to $24 per hour.
