The Salon Receptionist will greet and welcome guests and clients as well as schedule appointments, prepare payment and complete administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They should also be comfortable working with hair clients to book appointments, and will help salons keep their schedules organized and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:

Answer the telephone and give proper greeting. Schedule appointments and client contact information. Answer all clients' questions. Work with other co-workers to ensure smooth running of the salon. Keep the waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming. Maintain cleanliness of reception area. Answer clients' questions about salon services. Answer clients' questions about products offered by the salon. Provide customers with promotional material in a polite manner.
