Successful candidates should have experience working on phones with enthusiasm, detail-orientedness, and be ready to greet and assist customers with a smile. The Customer Service Representative / Receptionist tasks will include: Taking and managing phone calls Filing/Scanning Booking and scheduling repairs Greeting customers and insurance appraisers Checking in and out customers Calling insurance to confirm coverage, payments & help customers report claims General office and housekeeping tasks •Training Provided• Skills required: Positive, assertive attitude Basic computer skills, able to learn & use shop management software Excellent phone etiquette Customer service experience is a preferred Prior work history at collision repair center is a plus Bilingual in Spanish is a must Professional personal appearance and business attire is a must
