Duties include but are not limited to; answering phones, ensuring phone calls are properly directed, greeting guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating overnight mail shipments and assisting with various administrative duties. The successful applicant will have direct day-to-day contact with our clients; therefore, will need outstanding communication skills, a great attitude, and the ability to leave a consistent positive impression with each and every interaction. In this role, your responsibilities will be: Answer telephones and direct callers to the appropriate extension or provide requested information Act as first point of contact for in-person visitors Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packages via express mail services Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies Order, receive, stock, and maintain kitchen areas including snacks, beverages, and paper goods Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing Perform other related duties as required As a candidate you must have: High school diploma or equivalent Three plus years experience in a business environment, including high volume switchboard Proficient in both PC and iOS systems and related software Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs on a daily basis Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed We offer: $19.00 - $20.00 / hourly Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k for eligible employees Paid Time Off including Sick/Safe Time A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunity for growth Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer Private Patrol Operator #
