• Alliance Culver City is seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team.

Alliance is an established gym in the Culver City area focusing on self-defense, fitness, and weightlifting group classes. Competitive candidates will have some sales experience or be highly trainable and eager to learn!

Key Responsibilities:

Support the front desk team to ensure smooth daily operations Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests, in-person and over the phone Handle scheduling, membership inquiries, and check-in procedures Monitor inventory and assist with retail sales Foster a clean, welcoming, and professional environment Collaborate with management to meet membership and sales goals

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness space Evening and weekend availability Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 45 lbs as needed Sales experience is a plus, but not required Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel)
