We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for every client who walks through our doors. We are seeking a friendly, energetic, sales-driven Front Desk Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping clients while contributing to business growth. Responsibilities Welcome and check in clients with professionalism and warmth Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Answer phones, texts, and emails Sell memberships, packages, retail products, and service upgrades Follow up with leads and existing clients Confirm appointments and assist with client retention efforts Process payments and maintain accurate records Assist with opening and closing procedures Support daily spa operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area Work collaboratively with therapists, estheticians, nurses, and management Qualifications Previous customer service, hospitality, spa, medical spa, salon, or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with sales and meeting performance goals Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and professional appearance Experience with Mindbody, Boulevard, Vagaro, or similar scheduling software is a plus Schedule & Availability Requirements Must be available to work evenings and weekends Must be willing and able to work at any of our locations, including Culver City, Beverly Hills, and Playa Vista Reliable transportation is required Flexibility to work varying shifts based on business needs Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Commission on memberships, packages, and retail sales Employee discounts on spa and med spa services Opportunities for advancement and leadership growth within the company Why Join Escape?
