The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel Perform data entry and maintain accurate records through filing and documentation Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks Handle customer inquiries and provide support with a focus on excellent customer service Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations Requirements Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients Experience with office management, clerical duties, or administrative support is beneficial Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry Personal assistant experience is advantageous for managing multiple tasks efficiently If you are passionate about providing outstanding service while supporting office operations, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
