Cashier/Receptionist

Serramonte VW/Subaru & Kia is growing and seeking to hire a Receptionist to join our team! Ideal candidates will be cheerful and able to multitask. You will also need Excellent phone manners and will have direct interaction with our customers. Computer and Excel knowledge. Duties will include, Answering main phones, greeting customers, scanning, filing and misc. other duties. You will succeed with training and guidance from our Management Team. Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage 100+ inbound calls per day Manage multi-line phone system and voicemail Apply critical thinking to route calls correctly and effectively Greet clients and assist with office visits Take accurate messages and relay them accordingly Receives and processes shipments and mail Provides general administrative support to the office as needed Compensation Market-level compensation based on experience.
