Annual Qualifications:
High School Diploma Two years' administrative work experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Major Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, directing them as needed Monitor voicemail, answer incoming calls, and manage mail distribution Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team Manage and maintain office supplies inventory Coordinate lunch orders, prepare meeting rooms, and assist with company events Perform general administrative duties in support of various departments Complete additional tasks as assigned Altec specializes in the design, manufacture, and sale of aerial devices, digger derricks, cranes, telecom, and specialty equipment, supporting customers in over 100 countries throughout the world.
