Front Desk Associate

Responsibilities Customer Service Welcome and assist walk-in customers in English and Spanish. Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations on stone countertop products and services. Sales Support Provide product pricing and promotional details to customers. Track customer orders and assist in achieving sales targets. Administrative Duties Handle phone inquiries in English and Spanish. Record customer information and maintain follow-up communications. Coordination Communicate with designers and production teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Address customer concerns and manage after-sales services. Requirements High school diploma or higher; prior sales experience is a plus. Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional appearance. Familiarity with the stone or cabinet industry is an advantage. Proficient in using office software (e.g., Word, Excel). Team player with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
