The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to multitask efficiently. The Receptionist will support daily administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations and a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, maintaining a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records to ensure easy retrieval of information Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution Assist with office management tasks such as proofreading documents, maintaining supplies, and supporting clerical duties Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a professional environment Perform administrative tasks such as typing reports, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed Requirements Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office, data entry, and filing systems Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure Office experience combined with good time management skills is essential for success in this role
