For over 60 years, we have served our clients, companion animals, working dogs, and rescue organizations. We practice high quality, comprehensive medical, surgical, emergency, and preventative care. If you are looking for more than a job, we hope to hear from you! Duties Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism upon arrival. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered. Maintain accurate patient records. Process payments. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients. Provide basic information on pet care and preventative medicine. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality animal care and client satisfaction. Qualifications

REQUIRED

High School Diploma or

GED. REQUIRED

Minimum of 3 consecutive years of employment with the same veterinary hospital/employer in a front desk or client service role. This must be clearly demonstrated on the applicant's resume. We're seeking someone who values organization and continuous improvement, with an interest in refining and developing clinic protocols and processes for smoother daily operations. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ability to multi-task while still maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using office equipment and

VETSPIRE

veterinary software systems is advantageous. A passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing outstanding client service. Bilingual (English/Spanish/Vietnamese/Korean) is a plus.

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
