Our team of compassionate professionals provides evidence-based therapy in a welcoming and supportive environment. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and their families. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments for therapists and clients Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed Collect and process co-pays or other payments as applicable Handle check-ins and check-outs for daily client sessions Coordinate with clinical staff to manage daily schedules and client flow Monitor and manage front office supplies and cleanliness Ensure HIPAA compliance in all client communications and record handling Support billing and administrative staff with data entry and document organization Perform general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (healthcare/ABA preferred) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or scheduling software (experience with practice management systems a plus) Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality practices Friendly, patient, and compassionate demeanor Preferred Skills Bilingual (e.g., Spanish, Armenian) is a plus Previous experience in a behavioral health, pediatric, or therapy setting Knowledge of ABA terminology or experience working with children with autism Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate/salary based on experience Health benefits (if full-time) Opportunities for training and career advancement Supportive and collaborative team environment
