Social Media/Front Desk Receptionist

iHealth Medical is a medical spa and weight loss center with two locations in Irvine and San Gabriel, CA. We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Social Media Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical spa, providing excellent customer service, managing our social media presence, and supporting our medical staff.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, College degree preferred Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with EHR/EMR 1+ Year of administrative or customer service experience 1+ Year experience working at a medical spa and/or weight loss center (preferred) Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules Reliable commute Open to travel (Preferred)

Responsibilities/Duties:

Perform medical administrative support tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, etc. Answering phone calls and assisting patients with education, instructions, and questions Monitor and maintain social media accounts and online presence (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, Yelp, Xiaohongshu, etc.) Create and schedule social media posts and emails to promote events, products, and services and to educate patients on services and products Implement our etiquette and customer service policy at all times Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, etc. Engage with online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews Light cleaning and restocking of inventory/supplies Assisting with check in and out, ensuring smooth patient flow Provide support and assist with other tasks as needed Keep website updated Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
